• Client preference information you provide during onboarding, which may include household details, pets, dietary needs, preferred vendors, and home-access notes.
• Service history, scheduling, visit reports, and billing records.
• Payment information, processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

• To provide and coordinate the services you request.
• To communicate with you about scheduling, visits, and billing.
• To maintain your preference profile so we can anticipate your needs.

How we protect sensitive information

Home-access codes and similar sensitive details are stored with access-restricted, encrypted handling and are visible only to your dedicated team. We never sell your information, and we share it with vetted vendors only as needed to perform a service you've authorized.
