The Tear Down

Service is based in the Venice, Nokomis, and Osprey areas. A $25 travel fee applies for all appointments in Sarasota, Siesta Key, Englewood, and North Port. The Tear Down is $99 when booked with The Upgrade or The Full Custom.

The Full Service
$499 · up to 7 hrsDesign + concierge sourcing: we design the layout, shop for the pieces (using your budget), and style it for you.
Travel fee — anything over 15 miles from base, add $15–25. Minimum deposit — 50% upfront to book.

The Palm Package
$350 + 3 hrsEverything in Seashell, plus additional decorations and balloons around the home. We set it all up.
