Open Your Home

The Gulf Breeze
$175 one-time
- Home opening inspection + photos

The Siesta
$295 one-time
- Everything in the Gulf Breeze package
- Videos with each inspection (uploaded to your customer portal)
- Fridge & pantry stocking to your preferences — you place the order at your favorite store, we pick up the items and get them ready for your arrival
- Up to 2 hrs of errands
The White Sand
$425 one-time
- Everything in The Siesta
- Welcome basket included
- Up to 5 hrs of errands (errands can include guest prep for any visitors you have arriving)
Errand credits can be used for additional home checks while you are away.
Hurricane package — one-time
Hurricane Package

Pre-storm
- Bring in outdoor furniture

- Photograph property conditions before and after (videos available upon request)
Post-storm
- Inspection of home within 24–48 hours (weather permitting)
- Open blinds/shutters

- Meet service providers for repairs (additional charges apply at an hourly rate of $50 per hour)
Prices based on a 3,000 square foot home — add $50 for every additional 1,000 sq ft.

Party setup, decorating, room refresh
One-hour minimum per visit, then billed in 15-minute increments. Travel fee — anything over 15 miles from base, add $15–25. New clients keep a card on file.
