These terms govern your use of the Casey Key Concierge website and client portal. The specific scope, rates, billing, and cancellation terms for services are set out in your individual service agreement, which controls if it conflicts with anything here.
Services
We provide non-licensed concierge and lifestyle-management services and coordinate licensed third-party vendors where specialized work is needed. We do not perform medical care, licensed home repairs, electrical or plumbing work, or provide financial or legal advice.
Billing & payments
- Hourly work is billed with a one-hour minimum, then in 15-minute increments.
- Monthly retainers auto-bill to the card on file and may be changed or cancelled per your agreement.
- Projects require a deposit, with the balance due on completion.
- Materials, groceries, and third-party vendor costs are billed separately and disclosed.
Access & responsibility
When you provide keys, codes, or access, you authorize us to enter and act on your behalf within the agreed scope. We maintain a secure, logged system for all keys and codes and document their return when an engagement ends.
Cancellation
Cancellation and rescheduling windows are described in your service agreement. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
